Our laboratory specializes in the chemical and sensory analysis of olive oil, other oils and fats and their by-products. Led by the father-son team of Manolis and Dimitris Salivaras, we have built a stellar reputation for integrity and independence over the last 25 years, and yet we stay at the forefront of technical developments with continued innovation at the service of our clients. We have worked for major firms in the food industry as well as small producers and consumers, and also consult clients on issues of production, processing, storage, sampling, blending and transportation.
